This Privacy Policy describes how Kiwibit collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, purchase our products, contact our support team, use the Kiwibit App, register a product, submit a warranty claim, participate in promotions, or otherwise interact with us.

When you contact support, request help, register for warranty service, or submit a warranty claim, we may collect your order number, purchase channel, purchase date, proof of purchase, product model, serial number, issue description, photos, videos, screenshots, device logs, troubleshooting steps, and communications with our support team.
