We understand that Kiwibit Plus may not be the right fit for everyone — and we're here to help. If you've been charged for a Kiwibit Plus subscription and would like a refund, please follow the instructions below based on how you subscribed.
Note: At this time, Kiwibit Plus subscriptions are only available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All refunds must be requested directly through the platform where you made the purchase.
If You Subscribed via Apple App Store
Apple handles all payments and refunds directly for App Store purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit Apple's refund page: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose your Kiwibit subscription in the list.
- Tap or click Submit.
Tips: Apple will review your request and notify you of the outcome. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple. For more information, visit Apple's official guide: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
If You Subscribed via Google Play
Google handles all payments and refunds directly for Google Play purchases. To request a refund:
- Tap or click here to request a refund on Google Play.
- Tap or click Continue to begin the process.
- Select the Kiwibit subscription from your list of recent purchases.
- Choose the reason for the refund request.
- Follow the remaining prompts and submit the request.
Tips: Google will review your request and usually responds by email within 48 hours. Please note that all refund decisions are made solely by Google. For more information, see: Request a refund on Google Play.
