If you're unable to select your country or region while registering in the Kiwibit app, don't worry — this guide will walk you through several steps to help resolve the issue.
Allow Location Access on Your Device
The Kiwibit app relies on your device's location to display the correct country or region options. Please ensure location services are turned on:

For iOS:

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, and make sure Location Services is enabled.

Scroll down and tap Kiwibit, then set the location access to "While Using the App" or "Always".

For Android:

Go to Settings > Location, and ensure it's enabled.

Under App Permissions, find Kiwibit and allow location access.
After enabling location services, return to the app and try registering again. -
Turn Off VPN or Proxy
VPNs or proxies can interfere with how the app detects your region. To improve accuracy:

Open your device Settings, then go to Network or Connections.

Disable any active VPN or proxy connections.

Relaunch the app and try registering again.
Change Your Network Connection
A weak or restricted network can cause region detection issues. Try switching your connection:
