Who is the Device Admin?
If you have added a device to the app following the "add new device" process, you are the admin of this device.
What is the Sharing QR Code Used For?
The Sharing QR Code is essential for securely sharing the device with other users while maintaining the admin's full control over the device. Scanning the Sharing QR Code allows you to gain partial access to the device. This includes features like:

View live streams

Receive motion notifications

Access motion recordings or snapshots
How to Find the Sharing QR Code?
If you are the admin of the device, you can locate the Sharing QR Code by following these steps:

Open the app and navigate to the Home page.

Tap on the "Setting" icon of your camera.

Tap on Share.

Tap on Device Sharing.
Note: If you add a device by scanning the Sharing QR Code, you are not the admin of this device and do not have the Sharing QR Code.
Why are You Unable to Scan the Sharing QR Code?
There are a few reasons why you might be unable to successfully scan the Sharing QR Code:

Expired QR Code: The Sharing QR Code is valid for 30 minutes. If you are scanning after this period, you'll need to generate a new code.

Different Country/Region: Device sharing requires that both the admin and the shared user are registered in the same country/region. Please ensure that both your Kiwibit accounts are registered in the same country/region before scanning the Sharing QR Code. You can confirm your country/region in the upper-right corner of the Sign-In page.

Incorrect QR Code: If the app pops up an error message stating "Invalid QR Code", it means that you have scanned an incorrect QR code. To scan the correct Sharing QR Code, please follow How to Find the Sharing QR Code?
